Trust

Through a Trust, it is possible to put aside some assets for a specific purpose.

The assets in a trust are never mixed with those of the person who administrates it, and they can be mobilized only according to the instructions of the creator of the trust.

Trusts are flexible and present a great variety, from testamentary trusts to guaranty trusts, which are those used in Banking and Finance to guarantee credit operations, with formalization and recovery costs lower than mortgage-related operations.

A trust allows you to administer assets with great security in terms of protection against third parties ; it also offers a high degree of confidentiality.
