Our firm has a large experience in the registration and protection of copyrights and related rights, through the enforcement of the Law of Copyright and Related Rights, No. 6683, as well as a series of international agreements duly ratified by this country, such as the "Universal Copyright Convention", the "Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works", the "Rome Convention for the Protection of Artists, Performers, Phonogram Producers and Broadcasting Agencies", and the "Geneva Treaty for the Protection of the Rights of Performers and Producers of Phonograms".
