Corporate Law

Organizing corporations to do business is a common practice in Costa Rica, with no special requirements for foreigners. Moreover, foreigners paying taxes in their respective countries and worlwide because of their origin (i.e. United States, Canada, France) may not be required to pay taxes in their countries for their business in Costa Rica if they are acting on behalf of a Costa Rican corporation.
Also, it is possible to incorporate, from Costa Rica, in places like the Cayman Islands, Panama and countries of the European Union.
